Hotel
We have selected a proposal from the Fairmont San Jose to host Westercon 64. The Fairmont was the headquarters hotel of ConJose, the 2003 Worldcon, and will be the site of the 2009 World Fantasy Convention. SFSFC organized ConJose and is the sponsoring organization of the 2009 WFC.
The Fairmont is not yet accepting hotel reservations for Westercon 64. We will make an announcement when room reservations open. You may want to subscribe to our news feed (see “Subscribe” on the right side of the page) so you get our announcements.
Room Rates
Hotel room rates will be:
- $119 for single/double occupancy
- $144 triple
- $169 quad
Note that triple and quad occupancy mean “three or four people in the room,” respectively, not “three or four beds.” Standard sleeping rooms have either one or two beds.
Room rates do not include local hotel tax, which is currently 10%
